Port 80 is listening but i can't start apache(this is after i installed
moodle for windows, before it was all fine)

I installed Xampp 1.7.7 5 months ago and it was working perfectly right
after I installed moodle for windows 7 v2.5, 4 days ago (when im using
moodle, i start and stop localhost server using Windows WebMatrix, and
with this pack MySQL, PHP and IISExpress are installed). I've stopped the
moodle's server, but when i try to start apache in xampp it replies that
it is busy. I ran netstat -a, and it says that port 80 it's listening. I
don't want to use xampp as a service and i don't want to turn off
webserver, because as i said i'm working with moodle and it needs internet
connection and I read that you may lose data by choosing these actions.
I'm not using skype btw, but i used it once when i was working in moodle
and moodle's localhost still works when i start it, xampp's not. The
reason that im using xampp is that im working with wordpress. Will
wordpress work if i copy and paste its folder in Windows WebMatrix, and
use webmatrix for both moodle and wordpress, or this is stupid.
I don't know if i was clear enough, but i really need some help cause i
need to finish my thesis.
Thanks a lot!
